Here is what I said to Dr. Freissan "Let's say you have ten projects, one is going to take three weeks, the other nine you can do in an afternoon, so which one do you do first?"

"Well, focus on deliverables, and all that."

"Exactly, which is what I don't do...I focus on the hard problem."

Reading code is the hard problem for me, read the code, write code.

It can be ugly, it will be ugly, but write the code!
